1. Annual D.I.Y. Social Media Kit

Refund Eligibility:

– Refunds for the Annual D.I.Y. Social Media Kit are available within 14 days of purchase.

– To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for the refund request.

Refund Process:

– To request a refund, please contact us at support@creafinity.in with your purchase details and reason for the refund.

– Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Situations:

– Refund requests made after 14 days of purchase.

 2. Webinar Tickets

Refund Eligibility:

– Refunds for tickets to our webinars and seminars are available up to 7 days before the event date.

– To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and specify the event for which you are requesting a refund.

Refund Process:

– To request a refund, please contact us at support@creafinity.in with your ticket details and the reason for the refund.

– Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Situations:

– Refund requests made within 7 days of the event date.

– Absentee or cancellations made on the day of the event.
